Agent FarmSite Privacy Policy

We understand and respect that you are concerned about your privacy. We have established this privacy policy to explain how your information is collected, stored, protected and used. This Policy may be updated from time to time.

Collection of Information
Agent FarmSite collects personal information when you submit information to a neighborhood website, subscribe to the Neighborhood Directory, make a request to contact a sponsor for a neighborhood and at other various times when you visit a neighborhood website. We make every effort to try and ensure that people given access to the Neighborhood Directory are current residents of the neighborhood. If you ever feel that anyone is abusing this or any other services provided by Agent FarmSite and it's Sponsors, please contact us. In this context, when we collect your email address, it is for purposes such as sending confirmation emails, authenticating user accounts, or other similar occaisions pertaining to the services provided by Agent FarmSite. Our web logs collect standard web log entries for each page served, including your IP address, page URL, and timestamp. Web logs help us to diagnose problems with our server, to administer the sites, and to otherwise provide our service to you.

Privacy Protection
Agent FarmSite will not sell or otherwise transfer your contact information to third parties without your permission. We do not run banner ads, pop ups, pop unders, or any other kind of commercial ads. We do not engage in cross-marketing or link-referral programs with other sites. We do not send you unsolicited communications for marketing purposes. We do not knowingly collect any information from persons under the age of 13 without parental consent. If we learn that a posting is by a person under the age of 13, we will remove that post.

When you make a submission to your neighborhood website, or subscribe to the neighborhood newsletter, you provide Agent FarmSite and the sponsor of the site the permission to contact you about the specific submission or interaction. We are careful to limit the communication to you to matters that relate to your specific participation on the neighborhood website, directory, or any other service provided by Agent FarmSite.

Use of Private Information
On occasion, Connecting Neighbors may need to communicate with you about changes to the neighborhood website, neighborhood directory, or any other service provided by Agent FarmSite. We will never include third-party commercial information in these communications.

Agent FarmStie may disclose information about its users if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such disclosure is reasonably necessary to respond to subpoenas, court orders, or other legal process. Agent FarmSite may also disclose information about its users to law enforcement officers or others, in the good faith belief that such disclosure is reasonably necessary.
